We like to start with a set of blueprints with a basic outline of what you are looking for in that particular custom home. Once you get to framing stage, hopefully you have chosen your appliances, and we can walk the entire house with the drawings and explain what is going where. The walk would include locations of gas lines, electrical outlets, wall heights, soffit heights, plumbing locations, undercabinet lighting locations, etc. The best time to do the walk is once the roof is sheeted and before mechanical work is done but we will of course do it anytime you would like.
